Any music fan in Western Uganda must be knowing Jose Josey especially from his “Mucureezi” song released in 2018.
Most people recognise Jose as Western Uganda’s best vocalist and he has truly proved that for a while. His breakthrough song was titled “Ameisho gaawe”, that song every Tom,Dick and Harry got to dance to and was produced by Bruno / Alpha Music in 2015
He later on dropped Binuzire,Okikola otya, Omurungyi and Nkazunga ft. Mos Snake the songs that paved a way for the rise of his other hit song “Mucureezi”.
He released Kwiita Eriisho Audio and visuals in early 2019. The audio was done by Drizzy beats at Sound Africa and visuals done by Avion King.
Jose Josey has co-written a couple of songs for a couple of artists in Western Uganda and most of these songs have turned out to be hit songs.
He is a great guitarist, performer as well.
